  • Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

    You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

    You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • 12-Month Warranty
    In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Coverage includes
    Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

    Free repair or replacement (at our discretion) within the warranty period.

  • Exclusions
    Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

    Normal wear and tear (such as batteries, consumables, or accessories, unless otherwise stated).

    Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Making a warranty claim
    To make a warranty claim, please provide:

    – Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

    – A description of the issue.

    – Photos or videos of the fault (if possible).

  • Return of goods
    Goods may need to be returned for inspection.

    If found faulty, we will cover return shipping costs.

    If not deemed faulty, return shipping may be at the customer’s expense.

We will assess your claim and advise whether the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
