Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide from our Sydney warehouse.
Handling and dispatch times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed before 12:00 pm (Sydney time) are usually dispatched the same or next business day.
Carriers we use
We use Australia Post, Sendle, and other reputable courier partners.
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are shipped via Australia Post.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Free shipping applies on orders over $100 to Australian metro areas.
Estimated delivery times
NSW metro: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Interstate metro (VIC/QLD/SA/ACT): 2–6 business days.
Regional and remote areas (including WA/NT/TAS): 3–10+ business days.
Note: These are estimates from our carriers. Weather events, public holidays, and peak seasons can add delays.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after dispatch.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you request ATL with the courier, the parcel may be left in a safe place at your address.
Once delivered under ATL, loss or theft risk passes to the receiver.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or due to an incorrect address, we can reship for a re-delivery fee or refund the order minus original shipping costs.
Split shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. You will receive tracking details for each parcel.
Pre-orders and backorders
Pre-order or backorder items ship when stock arrives. The estimated ship date will be shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together when all items are available unless you request split shipping (additional shipping fees may apply).
Damaged or missing items on delivery
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the packaging and item(s), and a brief description.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
Delays and force majeure
Carrier delays can occur due to weather, increased seasonal volume, or unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience and will help track and escalate where possible.
Change or cancel an order
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best if it has not shipped yet. If it has shipped, normal Returns & Refunds policies apply.
