How much does a service or repair cost?
We charge a fixed, non-refundable inspection fee of $80.00 (incl. GST) for all robot vacuums and stick vacuums. This covers full disassembly, internal checks, and diagnostic testing by our trained technicians. Once the assessment is complete, we’ll provide you with a clear repair quote (separate from the initial inspection fee) along with any recommendations for repair or replacement.
What signs indicate my robot vacuum needs servicing?
Common signs include:
- Reduced suction or weak cleaning performance
- Shorter battery life than usual
- Strange noises, error messages, or beeping
- Charging issues or the unit not powering on
Routine servicing can fix performance issues, while faults will need professional repair. An assessment will confirm what’s required.
How often should my unit be serviced?
On average, we recommend a service every 12 months. Factors that may shorten this time include:
- High levels of dust or dirt in the home
- Presence of pets and pet hair
- Allergy-sensitive households
- Frequent daily use
What’s included in a robot service?
Our service includes internal cleaning, diagnostic testing, and checks of key modules like the brush, filters, and battery. We ensure all parts are working correctly and advise if any replacements are required.
How long will repairs or servicing take?
After receiving your unit, our technicians will carry out a full assessment and get back to you within 7–14 business days with a detailed estimate. Repairs only go ahead once approved by you. We aim to minimise downtime without compromising on quality.
I’m interstate — can I still send my cleaner to you?
Yes, we service customers Australia-wide. Simply contact us first with the make and model plus a short description of the problem. We’ll give you a general idea of likely issues and costs.
When sending your unit, please pack it securely in a sturdy box and include:
- Robot, docking station, and any requested parts
- Your name and return address
- Mobile number and email address
- A description of the fault

What warranty do you provide on repairs?
- Labour: 3 months
- Parts & batteries: 12 months
- Approved second-hand parts: 3–6 months (depending on agreement)

At times, we offer refurbished models that have been fully serviced, fitted with replacement parts, and supplied with a limited warranty. Contact us or check our shop for current availability.
